Continue along a new, short walking path to a second viewpoint of the falls and another of the surrounding area of Daisy Lake and the Black Tusk. Brandywine Falls Provincial Park was established in 1973 as a campground and recreational area. This 5-mile (8-km) round trip is perfect for a smooth bit of cruising, a genuinely relaxing stretch past frozen pothole lakes with the sight of the Black Tusk on high. They are very nice but small.
From Brandywine Falls Provincial Park, the trail follows a BC Hydro access road to McGuire near the Forest Service’s Cal-Cheak campground. It was well taken care of and made it easy for us to get to.
