The National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) is pleased to announce NAPA’s 2020 Top Retirement Plan Advisors Under 40. Each individual organization will continue to deal with the issues that are its own members particular focus. Several months ago, ASPPA members overwhelmingly voted in favor of a new name and structure for the umbrella organization of our four sister associations — the American Retirement Association. The American Retirement Association, based in the Washington, D.C. area, is a non-profit professional organization established to educate all types of retirement plan professionals, and to preserve and enhance the employer-based retirement plan system as part of the development of a cohesive and coherent national retirement income policy. The American Retirement Association is comprised of five premier retirement industry associations; the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), the American Society of Enrolled Actuaries (ASEA), the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA), the National Tax-deferred Savings Association (NTSA), and the Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA). The National Association of Plan Advisors is a national nonprofit organization created by and for retirement plan advisors. Today, we’re announcing our new name and structure to the media, policy makers and the industry at large.
