1 1/4 cups of kombucha, I typically use a simple ginger kombucha OR a lemon raspberry flavored one that’s my favorite! I make four servings without the berries, store three and add the berries to one to eat. You can add more of milk, sugar, cinnamon or blueberries when you serve it -- but remember, that adds more calories and you don't really need it. You can also add a little fizz and probiotics to your smoothie as well. 1 cup of mango chunks, fresh or frozen. Enjoy immediately on a hot summer day. It really is quite easy. Reheat in microwave. Blend until smooth.
